Date: Saturday 4th April
Time: 10:00am - 12:00pm
Venue: Corston
Run By: Tom Longridge

This course is aimed at ringers who are comfortable ringing call changes and would like an introduction to calling the changes and the opportunity to practice doing it. Even if you're not likely to call call changes on a regular basis, by studying call changes in more detail we hope it will help you to stay right when other people are calling. Plus you never know when it could come in useful!

The first part of the session will be theory: looking at exactly what happens when a call is made and which bells are affected. We will also look at commonly used musical combinations and the calls required to achieve them.

The rest of the day will be spent ringing call changes and allowing everybody to have a good go at calling them and getting used to being in charge of a touch.
